Kia Ora Koutou, This is the class blog of Room 13 at Christ the King School, Christchurch, New Zealand. The purpose of this blog is to share the learning and events of the Room 13 children to a wider community. The children will publish their writing for example, in order to understand that they are writing for an audience. It would be great to have some comments on the children's work. All comments are moderated so that it is a safe learning space. As the year progresses, I will teach some of the children to become authors of the blog, which will involve posting comments and adding a variety of media. This is the first post of many.
